To Make An Appointment:
Please call the clinic at (423) 439-7679 and leave a message. You will be contacted regarding an appointment time or to answer any questions regarding services. If it is permissible for the caller to leave a message or talk to other individuals in the household regarding services, please let us know this in your message. Otherwise, in order to maintain confidentiality, individuals contacting clients do not leave answering machine messages or reveal the reason for calling to anyone other than the original caller. Alternately, you may email the clinic at CCC@etsu.edu to make an appointment.

Directions
The clinic is located on the 3rd floor of Warf Pickel Hall.
The entrance on David Collins Way brings you to the second floor. Go to the left, then turn right to take the elevator to the third floor. Exit to the right, and the clinic is at the end of the hallway.
The entrance on John Robert Bell Drive brings you to the third floor. The clinic will be to your right at the end of the hallway.
Parking is available along John Robert Bell Drive and David Collins Way. Additional parking is availabile in the 21A and 21B parking lots, located behind the building. You may enter the building from these lots through the first floor and a short set of stairs. The elevator is to your right. Because of the entryway stairs, the first floor entrance is not wheelchair accessible.
