The ETSU Health logo is for clinical use only and for instances where there’s two or more colleges/units doing something together in the academic, research or clinical areas. If the Academic Health Science Center as a unit is being referenced, the ETSU Health logo may be used. Colleges are to use their current academic college specific logo for recruiting and any academic or college level needs.

Anything using the ETSU Health logo or anything being printed or communicated to the public regarding ETSU Health will need approval. For questions related to the use of the ETSU Health logo or project approvals, please contact etsuhealthprojects@etsu.edu.

Business Cards, Patient Forms, Envelopes, Etc.

These items are developed through Biomedical Communications Creative (BMC Creative). BMC maintains all ETSU Health logos and archives projects for ease of reprinting. BMC is an extension of Quillen College of Medicine. They work in conjuction with ETSU Health's Marketing to ensure these items meet brand standards.

Lab Coats/Scrubs Information

All campus entities, including student groups, must use a licensed vendor to produce merchandise or apparel with the ETSU Health name or logo.

Email Signature Instructions

Clinic employees, please utilize this email signature.

Badge Request Forms

Clinic employees who are employed by the state may request a badge from Campus ID Services by submitting the ETSU Health employee badge request form.

Clinic employees who are employed through MEAC should contact MEAC HR at meacnewhires@etsu.edu.

Students and residents may request a badge from Campus ID Services by submitting the ETSU Health student/resident badge request form.
