Will I still be able to see my current provider?
Yes! All of our current ETSU Physicians providers, nurse-managed clinic providers, and other specialty clinic providers are part of ETSU Health, and you will have the same access to them that you have currently. -
How do I find a clinic’s location?

How do I contact a specific provider/specialty office or make an appointment?
If you are a current patient of the practice, you may continue to call the same number you have used previously. If you are not a current patient of one of our practices, you may find a provider by utilizing our Find a Doctor tool. University Physician and Associates patients may also send secure online messages to their current provider via My ETSUHealth.

How can I sign up for My ETSU Health?
To access My ETSU Health patient portal for Quillen ETSU Physicians:

Create a My ETSU Health account
Request a connection by selecting Quillen ETSU Physicians
For minor and proxy access, you must fill out a consent form. You will receive an invitation email with instructions to setup your proxy access.
The consent form can be dropped off at your provider’s office or faxed to (423) 433-6060. -

How Will My Payment Be Applied?
- Payments will be applied to the oldest outstanding balance on the Patient Account Number entered and will not be applied to any other billing account.
- Payments will be posted on the next business day.
