  • How do I find a clinic’s location?

    Visit our Clinic Locations page to find a clinic near you. On that page, you can click "get directions" on each clinic's card to link to Google Maps for further assistance.

  • How do I contact a specific provider/specialty office or make an appointment?

    You may find a provider by utilizing our Find a Doctor page. At participating practices, patients may also send secure online messages to their current provider via MyChart.

MyChart

  • What is MyChart?

    MyChart is a secure website where you can access and manage your personal health information.

  • How can I sign up for MyChart?

    To access MyChart patient portal for "ETSU Health":

    1. Visit: www.etsuhealth.org/mychart 
    2. Create a MyChart account.
    3. Request a connection by selecting ETSU Health.

    For minor and proxy access, you must fill out a consent form. You will receive an invitation email with instructions to setup your proxy access.

    The consent form can be dropped off at your provider’s office.

  • How do I contact technical support for MyChart?

    For technical issues with MyChart, contact the MyChart Technical Support Team at (423) 952-8040.

  • How can I make an appointment?

    To speak with someone regarding an appointment, call (423) 433-6757.

  • I have an appointment. How do I find out when and where it is?

    For information about an appointment you’ve already scheduled, check MyChart or call (423) 433-6757.

Billing

  • How will my payment be applied?
    • Payments will be applied to the oldest outstanding balance on the Patient Account Number entered and will not be applied to any other billing account.
    • Payments will be posted on the next business day.
    • If you have any questions please contact the Patient Accounts Department at the number below.
