Took me seriously and really helped me. Amazing doctor. His student was also wonderful.

Internal Medicine Kingsport
In addition to our internal medicine physicians, Internal Medicine Kingsport has an endocrinologist who can help those with endocrine issues, such as thyroid problems and diabetes.
Both Family Medicine Kingsport and Internal Medicine Kingsport are Patient Centered
Medical Home (PCMH) recognized practices. As PCMH practices, patients are at the forefront of the care that they receive. Our team- and evidence-based approach to health care allows us to care for the whole
person.
Our primary care clinics, Family Medicine Kingsport and Internal Medicine Kingsport, are both teaching facilities.
What does it mean to be a teaching facility?
Our faculty doctors are training the next generation of physicians. More specifically,
residents. Residents are doctors who have completed medical school and at least four
years of undergraduate school.
During residency, new doctors learn more about their chosen specialty in real world
settings under the guidance of faculty doctors.
How does a teaching facility impact your health care?
You benefit from at least two physicians reviewing your medical needs! Residents bring
the latest in medical knowledge and are committed to learning about you, your family
and your health experience. They review your care alongside the experts who teach
at Quillen College of Medicine - experts who have dedicated their lives to improving
healthcare. Our faculty physicians bring experience and expertise to your care.
