ETSU Physicians is searching for an IT System Support person to assist with our EMR conversion readiness project. The position requires 35-40 hours per week for approximately 6 weeks. The candidate will support our IT team performing PC readiness testing throughout our various clinics in the Tri-Cities area. Must possess the ability to log into a PC and execute a script to assess its readiness for the Epic go-live project. Should any issues arise, they will be responsible for documenting the problems and collaborating with the Ballad ambulatory team to relay necessary information for resolution. On a technical proficiency scale of 1 to 10, where 10 represents the highest level of expertise, we are seeking candidates rated at approximately level 4.

Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to use your personal vehicle to travel to the supported clinics. (mileage will be reimbursed)   Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.

Must be able to move and position into tight spaces or under desks on a regular basis.

Must be able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 40 pounds to various locations on a regular basis.
