ETSU Health’s MyChart provides you with 24/7 access to your health records, plus many other helpful features to manage your care.
Through MyChart, you have access to upcoming appointments, provider notes, test results, health records, and medications. MyChart also allows you to message your provider, view and pay your bill, and request medication refills.
ETSU Health obtained access to Epic’s MyChart for our patients through the Epic Community Connect program. As an extra convenience, those who already have a MyChart account with Ballad Health may use their same login.

ETSU Health urges caution due to MyChart scammers
National reports indicate that scammers are using MyChart lookalike branding, websites, emails and texts to try to trick individuals into providing private information. Many of these reports are linked to free offers.
Never provide your MyChart login via email, text or over the phone. Carefully review the URL of any website you visit and make sure you are using the official MyChart channels.
If you receive a message and are in doubt that it is from your ETSU Health provider, please contact your ETSU Health clinic to verify.
