Primary Care Clinic

Mt. City Extended Hours Health Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday through Dec. 31, with hours extending to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This change allows staff driving on roads damaged by Hurricane Helene to travel during daylight hours. 

The Mountain City Extended Hours Health Center is a nurse-led health clinic that provides primary and preventive health services. It is located inside Johnson County Community Hospital. The clinic accepts most major health insurances as well as TennCare and Medicare. A sliding fee scale based on income/family size as well as payment plans are available. The clinic is open from 10:30 a.m.- 7 p.m. weekdays (closed 2:30-3:30 p.m. for lunch) and from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Saturdays (closed 1-2 p.m. for lunch).
