Primary Care Clinic

The Johnson City Downtown Day Center Clinic is a Federally Qualified Health Center that provides Primary Care and Behavioral Health services to the community. We provide primary care and behavioral health services for individuals ages 18 and up. We accept all major insurances and have a sliding fee scale option for those who are uninsured.  Our site also offers services for those experiencing homelessness.
