Dr. Lee went to medical school at the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his first three years of general surgery residency with the Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His last years of general surgery residency were completed at theDrexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He obtained a clinical fellowship in transplantation surgery and hepatobiliary surgery at Cedars-Sanai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
Dr. Lee's practice is the surgical treatment of benign and malignant liver, bile duct
and pancreatic diseases. He also performs both laparoscopic and open liver and pancreatic
procedures. He supervises hepatic arterial chemoembolization (special therapy for
hepatocellular and metastatic liver cancers) His special emphasis and training focuses
on pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.
