One of Dr. Paolillo’s main priorities is caring for patients with endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain. He wants his patients to know they are validated in their symptoms and life experiences and is here to help. 

Dr. Paolillo listens carefully and takes the time to understand his patients’ concerns. He enjoys getting to know his patients and partners with them to figure out the most appropriate level of care to meet their needs.

He was drawn to ETSU Health because of the opportunity to teach the next generation of medical professionals along with providing health care to an underserved community.

Apart from medicine, cooking is truly a passion of his. When he’s not in the kitchen or the operating room, he enjoys running, reading, and playing with his kids.
