Dr. Jared Rhinehardt always wanted to be in a profession where he felt like he was helping his community and helping to improve the lives around him. He felt a calling to go into medicine, and having called the Tri-Cities home all his life, feels fortunate to have trained at ETSU’s Quillen College of Medicine and now work as a doctor with ETSU Health. He chose Family Medicine as his specialty because it gave him the best opportunity to have a wide impact on his community, from newborns to older adults. 

Dr. Rhinehardt wants his patients to feel like they have a partner in their healthcare. He enjoys the people side of medicine and strives to keep people first in his practice.

In his free time, Dr. Rhinehardt enjoys camping, spending time on South Holston Lake and traveling with his wife and three children.
